helpful guidelines
How do I register?
FILL OUT THE ORDER FORM
Just fill out your details on the dialogue order from to make your request. Invite at least 4 people to join you, and have them sign up individually using the form.
OPEN CYBER TABLES
When open cyber tables are offered it’s first come, first served. If that dialogue is filled, ask for another presentation if multiple dates aren’t posted.
PRE-FORMED GROUPS
- You can register everyone at once. We’ll tell you how when you contact us.
- Or, you can provide their names and have them register individually using the dialogue form.
What makes this a meaningful experience?
SPONTANEITY
It’s a chat, not a lecture. Bring a smile and no expectations, because while a topic agenda is planned, our conversations take their own course as we get into it.
INTERACTING
Just keep it respectful and fun. Use kind words that won’t discourage others. Skilled communication builds bridges, so let’s put it into action.
THINK ABOUT OUR TIME
Your dialogue is a tool to find clarity about big issues and collaborative ideas to move forward. Focus on common-ground questions and comments; use your private sessions for detailed personal issues. These events fly by fast, so stay on topic so everyone has time to share.
Simple do's and don'ts
FRIENDLY GUIDELINES
To keep the discussion engaging and fair for everyone, a few simple guidelines apply.
Please stay fully present. Avoid side conversations off screen, texting, or leaving and re-entering the session. These actions may seem minor, but they significantly disrupt the group flow. If they occur, you may be removed from the discussion, and admission fees are not refunded.
For the same reason, you must attend solo. Guests off camera aren’t permitted. (Unless it’s your dog, cat or bird, there’s no lurking.) Everyone in the room has made the same commitment to be there.
This is also a solicitation-free space. The time is designed for thoughtful dialogue, not self-promotion. Most participants come with their own group, and already know each other.
If a pop-up open table leads to interest in connecting afterward, contact information can be shared with mutual consent.
Finally, please keep your camera on throughout the session. Visibility matters—shared presence is what creates trust, momentum, and real conversation.
These guidelines help ensure the experience is focused, respectful, and rewarding for all involved.
How many people make the best experience?
Small group benefits
Five is the magic number where everyone gets to participate in the allotetd time, especially with the shorter one hour Dialogues.)
Eight to ten works for strong bonds and learning, but to get invested and have a chance to participate, time adjustments are made, these can go 2 hours. Fifteen is about the max you want to bring to a dialogue.

I’ll share options with you about how we can make it a meaningful experience for everyone.
Can I take notes?
Take notes if they help you, but stay engaged, don’t disappear into them. The goal is to stay present and in the flow of the conversation.
This is important: Recording isn’t permitted. Please put away your phones and dont attempt to capture audio or video. There are issues of legal consent and proprietary material that prohibit this.
As part of registration, you’ll consent to the session recording at our end. This is used only for reference in case post-event clarification is needed, since we cover a lot quickly. Files are usually deleted shortly after the dialogue.
How do I get into the cyber room?
After registering you’ll receive an email with instructions and your zoom link to the online room. It’s usually sent the day before, but sometimes earlier. Be on the lookout for it as the day gets nearer. Be sure to check your spam filter if you dont see the email.
Make sure you’re familiar with how to use ZOOM before the Dialogue begins.
What happens if I'm late?
You’ll want to be signed in before the clock strikes time. There are no late admissions and unfortunately, if late, you’ll miss it without a refund.
