Reservation Commitment

No Refunds For Cancellations 

Once you reserve a calendar date, that spot is held for you while others eagerly await openings, resources are committed and preparations made prior to your appointment. Due to this, there are no refunds for cancellations. So please be sure you are ready to follow through.

Important!

  • Payment is due in advance for all services and processed in US currency.
  • Private session appointments are capped at two hours. If you book a single hour and go over, additional time is billed at the hourly rate.  
  • If a salon dialogue extends past the allocated time there are no additional fees.

Here's How to Get Started

Steps

    1. Fill out order form completely.
    2. You’ll receive an email with a suggested date and time. (Please be patient. We try to be prompt but replies may take several days.)
    3. When your appointment is confirmed expect an email to follow with your link to submit payment. Don’t delay paying, dates are held only 48 hours before being released to the next person waiting to get in.

Understanding Our Payment Approach

    • Sessions: We love your enthusiasm, but to make sure everything is set in stone, your payment is made after we lock in your reservation. This helps us keep things smooth on our end, especially if you happen to change your mind before finalizing your session booking. Thanks for understanding!
    • Dialogues: Fees are per participant. Groups are usually kept to five participants to ensure a cozy and engaging atmosphere. This way, everyone gets a chance to participate fully, and the group remains a comfortable size.
